From the seamless communication with the staff to the precise directions provided for check-in and parking, every detail was meticulously thought out. the location, nestled in a quiet area yet close to the center, was ideal for exploring the city on foot. the room, though cozy, exuded a sense of cleanliness and comfort that made it a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. the delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, paired with a delightful Chianti wine, was a culinary highlight not to be missed. the attentive and helpful staff, with a special mention to Ottavia, truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend La Fortezza for an impeccable hospitality experience in the heart of the city.
